You can make an appointment with a Physician of the Ophthalmology Department of Créteil, for Age related Macular Degeneration AMD or all retinal and non retinal pathologies:
- vascular occlusion,
- diabetic retinopathy,
- retinopathy of prematurity,
- hereditary fundus and macular dystrophies,
- uveitis and vasculitis,
- myopic maculopathy,
- vitreo-retinal deseases (macular hole, macular pucker, vitre-retinal traction, myopic tractional maculopathy)
Non retinal pathologies are treated in the Ophthalmology Department of CHIC:
- cataract,
- glaucoma,
- diseases of anterior segment,
- lacrimal duct,
- orbit and eyelid,
- pterygium.
Make an appointment online
You can book an appointment online only in specific cases:
- you have got a letter from your doctor,
- you are 55 or older, and you plan to come for the first time,
- you are 55 or older, and you have AMD.

You can directly make an appointment at the reception of the Ophthalmology department from 9:30 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday.
Information requirements
If it is either by phone, fax or email, or at the reception, you need to precise:
- Name, last name, date of birth and telephone,
- The name of the Physician you wish to see,
- The ophthalmological pathology you wish to be cared,
- The possible dates that you have in order to come to your appointment.
